Exchange Policy

Comprehensive sales service
Organic Me is committed to providing customers with the most comprehensive sales service. Customer who purchases any product in our Online store or has any questions (such as the method of use or procedures) can email us info@organicmehk.com and provide with receipt or your name and contact number, we will answer and follow-up.

Goods Exchange 
In order to ensure the quality of products, we often inspect the goods before they are sold. However the long-distance journey may cause problems from time to time. To provide the best assurance to consumers, we adopt a  "7 days replacement service for problem product", which allows you to shop without worries. Customers who purchase or receive the product within 7 days with receipt, if the product is found to have any problems when you need to replace, you can email info@organicmehk.com

Product Replacement and Conditions
Goods should remain with intact packaging for exchange.
Original receipt is required.
We will confirm with you the exchanges procedure through email. Organic Me will bear the shipping cost for Overseas customers if the exchange is caused by us. As for other reasons, overseas customers are to pay the shipping cost on the replacement of goods.

When we do NOT accept Exchanges
We are sorry that we do accept exchange in the following circumstances: 
•Goods sold for more than 7 days; 
•The product has been opened (except deterioration) or used more than 30%; 
•Improper use or damage to goods caused by human factors; 
•Lost Order delivery note or receipt. 
•Allergic reactions (not  suitable for the customer to use the product). If customers find sensitive with the products, it may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product. Organic Me does not has any liability or bear any associated costs.
•Product that has "gone bad" but is used more than 50% of the original capacity. If customer suspects that product has "gone bad", we will direct the issue to the relevant manufacturer or distributor for inspection and verification. The normal processing time is one month. If the product is deemed deteriorated, we are willing to accept exchanges.
•Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.
•Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.
•Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.

Organic Me reserves all rights of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

Exchange Terms
Customers can exchange once for the same product. We do not accept further exchange of the replacement product. In any circumstances, we only offer exchange service, refund will NOT be provided.

Completion of the transaction
If the customer fails to exchange within 7 days from the purchase, the transaction is deemed completed. Organic Me shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement/exchange.

· Organic Me is not responsible for the quality of supplier free gifts and trial items, and does not provide replacement service.
· Organic Me is not responsible for any responsibility for any errors or problems caused by improper use of the product.
· Organic Me reserves all right of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

Organic Me致力為顧客提供最完善的銷售服務,顧客在本網站購買任何產品之後,如對產品(如使用方法或程序)有任何問題,歡迎隨時電郵(info@organicmehk.com)我們,提供單據、姓名及聯絡電話以供查核,我們會有專人解答和跟進。   

產品更換   
為求保證產品及服務質素,我們在貨品售出前會一再覆檢,確保產品品質優良,唯長途送貨旅程或會引致產品出現個別情況,所以為提供最佳保證給消費者,所有於本公司選購之貨品,均提供「七日問題產品換貨服務」,讓您購物無後顧之憂。顧客在購物/收貨後七天內,發現產品有任何問題及需要更換時,可以電郵至 info@organicmehk.com。   

產品退換方法及細則   
換貨時,貨品需保持完好包裝。 
所有於本網站售出之貨品,我們會通過電郵通知換貨程序。海外顧客的換貨原因是本公司錯誤所引致,運費將由本公司全數負責,如基於其他原因,海外客戶均須自付有關更換貨品的運費。 
所有本地郵遞及速遞售出之貨品,均需憑收據經電郵提供給我們。   

不接受更換的產品   
對不起,以下情況將不接受換貨處理安排: 

  • 產品購買期已超過七天。

  • 產品已經開封(產品變質除外)或曾被使用超過原本之容量的30%。

  • 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應 (顧客不適合使用該產品)。如顧客對購買之產品產生敏感,可能是顧客不適合使用該產品而引起。袁彌明生活百貨不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。

  • 變質的產品,但被使用超過原本之容量的30%。本公司保證所有產品均為正貨。如客人懷疑產品有可能變質而要求退貨,我們會將貨品送回有關廠商或代理商檢查及驗證,一般處理時間為一個月。如鑑定產品變質,本公司樂意接受退換服務。

  • 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整。

  • 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品或特價產品。

  • 任何免費贈品、附件及試用裝禮品。  

如發現換貨產品不符合本公司的換貨條款,將不獲處理,不便之處,敬請原諒。一切有關換貨處理事宜,Organic Me 保留最終決定權。   

換貨須知   
顧客只能在同一收據下於指定日期內辦理換貨一次,已換之產品亦不再接受更換。任何情況下只可以換貨,恕不接受退款要求。   

交易完成   
如顧客於七個工作天內並未有任何換貨的申請,則代表貨品交易已完成,本公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨品事宜。   

免責條款   
·  本公司對於提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。 
·  本公司不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至的任何問題承擔任何責任。 
·  本公司保留無須事先通知的情況之下,暫停、更改或取消所有優惠或修訂所有條款及細則。
